Running of the Sheep	Barmera Sheep Dog Trails	SA Country Music Festival

Certainly a sight to see...over 300 sheep running down Barmera's Main Street to the oval at the end. The event is a prelude to the Sheep Dog Trails which attracts competitors from across the country. South Australia's biggest Carp Fishing Competition held on Lake Bonney at Barmera. Great family fun day with prize pool over $10,000 .Fish from a boat or on the bank. No size limit. Santa's Cave opens after the Barmera Xmas Pageant on Dec 13th with a Xmas Wonderland for all ages, When: Pageant night to 8.30pm, ( Open days for 2019 to be confirmed.)
